Description
The wine sees minimal intervention fermented in small tanks, after a short cold soak, it is aged for 16 months, half of it new French barrels. It is bottled without fining or filtration, and will throw a light sediment as a result. The wine has a sweet black raspberry nose and a distinctly floral character.
