• T8KE’s Tasting Notes:Rich on the nose there’s maple and molasses up front with creamy vanilla and the pop of the floral character of the rose champage: raspberry, orange peel, grapefruit and a hint of light strawberry. The palate is complex, bright and pops – lovely balance of sweet, oak and bright and tart – it’s unlike anything I’ve picked before. Orange, strawberry, raspberry and a hint of grapefruit pop again with vanilla cream, pleasant oak and just a touch of spice on the back palate. Long finish, a perfect yin/yang of sweet and decadent acidity from the champagne. So good.
