This deeper, more metal version of Still Austin’s beloved Straight Bourbon is made from a select blend of choice barrels, and bottledat a ‘grow-hair-on-your-chest’ cask strength.

In an act of masterful artistry, Still Austin’s distillers were able to combine power and subtlety into one gorgeous spirit.

Because of the demand for this magnificent juice it is now part of the core line-up.

Mashbill: White Corn 70%, Rye 25%, Malted Barley 5%

Nose: Caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, light citrus.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel, cinnamon from the nose, maple sugar sweets, Kraft Caramels.

Finish: Long with the spice & heat intensifying, cherry, herbaceous, oak spices.
