Still Austin Distillery Reserve Series White Port Finish is a rare 114.72 Proof (57.36% ABV) Distillery Exclusive rye whiskey produced at the Still Austin Whiskey Co. distillery. This December 2025 release features a unique 100% Brasetto rye grain mash bill which was aged for three years in new charred American oak. The liquid then underwent a secondary finishing period in rare ex-White Port casks to add a study in contrast and depth.

This maturation in the volatile Texas climate has integrated the bold spice of the rye with delicate notes of fresh pineapple, apricot, and tangerine oil. It is bottled at a natural barrel proof and remains non-chill filtered to preserve the complex layers of spice cake and lemon curd.
