MANN is brewed slowly in low temperatures with highest grade Yamada Nishiki rice, which is grown in a Special A District and polished to a 30% remaining ratio. Using Suigei brewerys traditional Kumamoto yeast adds an elegant Ginjo fragrancea bold yet smooth Daiginjo taste.
