Description
100% Syrah from old organic vines not far from Banyuls, near the border of France and Spain, where Michael Georget works naturally with the help of his horses Goliath and Paco. This sees a short maceration, then spends a year in old barrel. Nice with a little chill, but can go either way and drinks deeper than the color might suggest with notes of wild blueberries, crushed flowers and spice.
