Description
This Talisker was aged in ex bourbon barrels before finishing in new American oak casks toasted with volcanic rocks from Skye. As weve come to expect this is maritime and mineral, with briny top notes leading into white grape, light vegetal hints and a dry peat smoke. Its full-bodied and creamy with a dusting of spicy pepperiness in the finish.
