Each batch is unique and varies slightly in style and strength but always captures the complex richness and intensity of sherry cask matured whisky.
Tasting Notes:
Nose- Vanilla, winter berries and freshly-shelled nuts – with aged oak and warming spices.
Palate- Sherry oak at first, then dried fruit and warming spice. A drop of water reveals fresh citrus zest and rich apricot.
Finish- Freshly baked fruitcake with orange peel. Complex and malty, long after the first sip.
