The Irishman 12 Year Old (2020 Release) Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Note
Nose: Chocolate chip cookies, banana fritters and Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with wafts of gentle malt, cinnamon spice, oak vanilla and drying hay.
Palate: Subtly earthy, grassy notes combine with vanilla custard, milk chocolate and spicy, peppery oak.
Finish: Fantastic balance of caramel pudding sweetness and earthen, toasted oak spice.
