The Lakes Whiskymaker’s Editions series expands with Equinox, an English single malt whisky named after the astronomical phenomenon when the plane of Earth’s equator passes through the center of the Sun. Specifically, the Autumnal Equinox that occurs in late September, which hails the end of summer and the dawn of a new season. So, The Lakes Distillery has created an autumnal-style single malt with flavours of sweet spices and orchard fruit.
