The One Whisky Collection is a showcase of The Lakes Distillery Master Blenders’ maturation expertise. Each singular release has been finished in the finest oak casks, adding a new dimension to the flavour profile and demonstrating the influence oak and cask seasoning has on whisky’s flavour-elevation.
Colheita (Col-yate-a) means harvest, referring to the exclusive use of grapes from a single crop to create a vintage port.
Nose – Peach cobbler, fresh apricot, and a whiff of autumnal smoke.
Palate – Ripe plums, vanilla custard and warming cinnamon.
Finish – Rich and comforting finish.
