The One Whisky Collection is a showcase of The Lakes Distillery Master Blenders’ maturation expertise. Each singular release has been finished in the finest oak casks, adding a new dimension to the flavour profile and demonstrating the influence oak and cask seasoning has on whisky’s flavour-elevation.
This release is a singular blend of select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart, finished in first-fill Tawny and Ruby Port casks.
Nose – Fresh cherries, candied ginger and toasted oak.
Palate – Plums, rose petals and chocolate.
Finish – Rich lingering and spicy finish.
