ORGANIC/VEGAN
Full-bodied red wine with ripe juicy cherries, red fruits, kirsch, and a touch of herbs in the background. It has got a great complexity and structure.
The idea behind this project is to create excellent value wines, from sustainably grown grapes, as naturally as possible, wines that will be identified with the character of the area. The vineyards are based in beautiful countryside close to the Sierra de Cdiz. Made up of old olive trees, vineyards (17ha), pasture (where Iberico pigs roam free), and other crops.
