Tomfoolery is a very special hand selected 8-year Turkey barrel exclusively for members of McKinney Bourbon Collective. With a classic mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, it balances tradition and playful rebellionan easygoing yet confident pour made to be shared and talked about.
Nose – Turkey funk, sweet tea, lemon citrus, peanut butter fudge, toffee, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, and sweet oak.
Palate – Brown sugar, sweet tea, peanut butter fudge, coffee, orange and lemon citrus, butterscotch, and sweet oak.
Finish – Oak, leather, cinnamon sugar, citrus, coffee, vanilla bean, tobacco, charred sugar, and peanut butter fudge.
