90% Hondarrabi-Zuri and 10% Hondarrabi-Beltza from 20+ year old vineyards in Zarautz overlooking the Bay of Biscay, not far from the French border in Basque country. Fizzy and crisp with salty tropical notes and a clean, mouthwatering finish. Bottled air conditioning.
