From a small biodynamic farming co-op in the NW hills of Piedmont a really rustic earthy red with gamey notes and plenty of tannin. Meaty red for meat! An organic red wine made by a Cooperative known as “Vallie Unite”. The members of the Cooperative produce all sorts of food and drink, including this exceptional value, savoury red. Give it some air to let it open up before sipping.
