Biodynamic Verdejo like no Verdejo you’ve ever had. 12 hours on the skins and aged in steel, then bottled unfiltered with no added sulfur. The wine is a hazy straw hue, with some aromas of baked bread and followed by the most delicious citrus and pineapple flavors on the palate. A total joy to drink!
