Description
100% Pelaverga, a lesser known native grape to southern Piedmont that is no longer allowed to be planted and only has 11 producers left. This is from a single organic plot, hand harvested, wild fermented and aged all in steel. Rose petals and black pepper on a silky medium bodied frame. Perfect fall red.
