Where do we start!? Vincent is a truly unique winemaker nestled just west of Epernay. Fully biodynamic from 2013, (Demeter), creating a myriad of peculiarities every year. In excess of 15 different cuves every year, all tiny plots, some no more than a few hundred bottles. It is easy to get lost in his wines and we almost demand that you do.
