Description
This is a blend of 2 red grapes- Alvarelhao and Vinhao and a white grape- Arinto, basically in equal parts, all harvested together and fermented with chestnut flowers as a stabilizer, then aged in stainless steel through the winter and bottled unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur. This is a chuggable grownup juicebox to keep in the fridge. High toned red fruit and again a distinct minerality with a zippy, refreshing finish. You should drink this outside.. all day long.
