About our Warner’s X Four Pillars Harrington Shiraz Gin
Four Pillars are our cricketing rivals but otherwise good mates, united by a passion for nature-positive gin distillation using the freshest possible farm-grown ingredients.
What started as mutual admiration between two nature-loving distilleries on other sides of the world, has become something beautiful!
Tom visited their home in Australias Yarra Valley, scoring some of Victorias finest Shiraz grapes, wattleseed and strawberry gum to distil back in Harrington with juniper, coriander, orange peel, orris root, elderflower, lemon balm, cloves and peeled cardamom pods; crafting a crystal clear, aromatic and herbaceous gin with a spiced kick.
Serving Suggestion
Stunning in a simple G&T with Mediterranean Tonic and a wedge of orange, stonking in a savoury martini, or sparkling in a gin spritz.
40% ABV.

Uniquely distilled with Shiraz Juice, Juniper, Coriander, Fresh Orange Peel, Orris Root, Elderflower, Wattleseed, Lemon Balm, Strawberry Gum, Cloves & Peeled Cardamom Pods.
Tasting Notes
Nose
A nod to our Australian ingredients, a winning aroma of luscious red berry and fresh herbs.
Palate
Silky and smooth, fresh juniper leads with compliments of tangy orange and lemon thyme.
Finish
A dry and savoury finish with tropical spice and cardamom.
