The whiskey is distilled to be a 100 proof and aged for a minimum of five years. Westland Garryana Edition 5/1 Native Oak Series 2020 Whiskey is aged in a virgin oak barrel, which is made from a tree that is native to the Pacific Northwest. The whiskey is aged in these barrels for an extended period of time, allowing the wood to add a rich, woody flavor.

Nose: A sweet fragrance of cottonwood serves as the greeting followed by Waffle Crisps cereal and rich smoked chocolate notes.
