A celebration of Oregons legendary brewing culture, this whiskey honors Westward’s brewing roots and grew out of their longstanding cask-trading tradition Northwest craft beer producers.
The Stout Cask Finish pushes the boundaries of flavor. It begins with our Westward American Single Malt, and is then aged for one year in Stout casks.
Nose – Roasted grain, stone fruit
Palate – Toasted pecan, milk chocolate
Finish – Bold and dry
