It is the first releasefrom this Vermont distiller that contains whiskey made on premise. 1 to 2 year oldVermont rye whiskey blended with 5 yearCanadian and 12 year Indiana juice, marks a brave new world for WhistlePig. The three are blended in the following proportion: 20%, 49% and 31% respectively, and bottled at 86 proof.

NOSE: Freshly dumped barrel aroma and warehouse characteristics.
TASTE: The entryis zesty rye and youthful rye notes. Some citrus and stone fruits which become crme brle. Cinnamon and vanilla are also apparent. There is a flavor journey with definite levels tasting the youth, age and harmony of all the ages on FarmStock.
Similarto the 10-year-old WhistelPig and other expressions, there isa definite degree ofelegant flavor.
FINISH: Medium linger. Creamy dark chocolate with orange zest againsttobacco.
