We harvest sweet corn from our familys Southwest Montana fields at peak ripenesswhen the kernels burst with sugarand mash it with Central Montanagrown and malted barley, all cut with cold mountain water. Distilled slowly on custom-built pot stills and laid to rest in charred, virgin American oak, this straight bourbon develops a deep, rounded character: warm caramel and toasted oak on the nose, silky vanilla and sweet corn on the palate, and a lingering finish touched with baking spice. For our 10th Anniversary edition, we finish Five Drops in Port casks, layering in notes of ripe cherry, fig, and a ruby-hued richness that elevates every sip.
