Made from 100% Colorado-grown Elbon rye and Rocky Mountain water, this whiskey reflects the place it comes from. A true full rye mashrare and intentionalbrings forward notes of spice, clove, pepper, and oak.

Distilled start to finish in-house in Basalt, Colorado, and aged a minimum of five years in new American oak (#3 char), it delivers a bold, spice-forward profile with real depth and character.

Tasting Notes:Full bodied, with rich allspice and peppercorn on the palate, followed by charred pineapple and oolong tea on the finish.
