Elegant and complex Cannonau di Sardegna (a variety of Grenache), from a vineyard surrounded by cork oak trees in the province of Sassari.

Lively ruby red with garnet highlights in the glass, full of aromas of carnation and red fruits such as morello cherry and plum, myrtle berries, and balsamic memories of Mediterranean scrub. The mouthful is fresh, dry and structured, with a full body and fine tannins leading to a lingering finish.

Masone Mannu, an old name for “great property”,comprises almost 40 hectares planted with vines, divided between Vermentino, Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo, and Malvasia. Their philosophy is that of those who truly love this land rich in sun and natural fragrances, letting the island shine through every single bottle. The sea wind, the exposure of the vineyards and the rich nature surrounding the estate help growing healthy grapes without the use of pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers.
