This 2025 vintage is a complex, multi-cask blend starting with a reposado base aged in used American whiskey barrels, which is then integrated with portions aged in French oak casks that previously held Passito di Caluso and Madeira wines. Crafted using traditional “old-world” methods, the 100% Blue Weber agave is tahona-crushed, fermented in open-air wood vats, and double distilled in copper pot stills.
