Beginning with Australian Cane Spirit, distilled from local molasses, we infuse fresh Imperial & Sumo Mandarins, harvested at the height of their season in Leeton, NSW. To enhance the punchy citrus notes,it is also infused with green tea, jasmine flowers, pickled cherry blossom, peach, vanilla & ginger.
