A full liter of Orange Gruner for geeks. 100% Gruner Veltliner hand harvested from 30+ year old biodynamic vines, fully destemmed then 20% of the skins are left in with the juice for 2 weeks, then aged in steel on the lees for 3 months before getting bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Classic notes of crunchy cucumber, pepper and lime zest with the volume turned up thanks to the skin contact.
