We love Yo Yo! And we love red and white grapes mixed together. This is a juicy blend of 70% Grenache Gris, 20% Grenache Noir and 10% Grenache Blanc all from a single, organic, 80 year old vineyard not far from the Mediterranean and just north of the Spanish border. 10 days carbonic, then aged in large old barrels (that she got from Fred Cossard for extra nerd points) and bottled unfiltered without sulfur. Keep this in the fridge and don’t share it with anyone.
