Description
This nigori is so saturated with rice lees, its as close to doburoku (unfiltered sake) as you can get! For such a weighty sake its exceptionally silky, and its gentle sweetness finishes rather dry. Hourai Hida no Dobu won a gold medal at the National Warm Sake Contest. Its a certified vegan sake, but if youre a meat-eater, we recommend pairing it with seared beef.
