This particular single-release, identifiable by its iconic red label, was produced exclusively by the Partida family, renowned for their family brand Chacolo. The spirit is made from a local variety of Agave angustifolia known as Lineo, which is carefully harvested after seven years of maturation. This process ensures a complex and fully developed flavor profile that reflects both the artisan’s skill and the rich landscape of Jalisco. As a singular batch from Don Macario before production shifted to Arturo Campos for later editions, this bottle is a rare find for collectors and agave enthusiasts alike.
