Jean-Luc’s vineyards produce some of the best chardonnay grapes in all of Ctes des Blancs, so every bottle of Gimonnet-Oger is a treat. But this one is extra special. The most-aged in our portfolio, this incredibly fresh blanc de blancs was left to rest in the cellar without a trace of oxygen for more than 18 years before it was disgorged in 2024.
