Description
100% Saperavi, which usually makes full bodied intense reds, but this one is easy drinking and chuggable and nice with a little chill. Made whole cluster in sealed Qvevri and bottled unfiltered with nothing added. There might be a little fizz at first, but it will blow off. If you don’t feel up to making Khachapuri from scratch, this will be dreamy with any white pizza.
