100% Airen, organically grown and hand harvested. 100% destemmed, with 2 days of skin contact, and 50% pressed. The rest remains on the skins until bottling. Rosey-pink-orange hue, much lighter body than the other whites in the lineup. Delicious! Annual production is 946 bottles.
