The second release in Xoloitzquitle’s Fuerte series. This one featuring 10% Quiote. The quiote is the Flowering stem of the agave cultivar that grows upward from the fronds as it matures. Typically removed to stave off excessive bitterness, the folks ar Xolo imbide those flavors with subtle effect.
